The Christmas Cards Are Arriving!!!

I received cards from ascian3 and onetwomany today. :) It's the first time I've been this excited to receive cards. It's so nice to see the personal notes from you fine folk. Keep them coming people! Plus, I sometimes just really miss seeing actual handwriting. :O

Now I think I have been sufficiently shamed into getting mine done ASAP. But, what to watch while completing them? Do I watch Part 1 of Angels in America or break into my Alias Season 2 DVD's which arrived today? Decision, Decisions.

Of course I can't actually mail out anything tomorrow since I won't be able to get to the Post Office before Wednesday. I found out today I won two tickets to a sneak peak of Calendar Girls. I know very little about this film other than it's a) a Brut flick b) has a great cast c)is a comedy and d) my Mom really wants to see it. So tomorrow, immediately after work, I must go pick her up and head to the theatre. I'll let you all know if it's worth your time. I don't even think it opens nationwide until next year.

Your card from me went out today. No personal note, though. You wouldn't have been able to read it anyway since my handwriting looks like heiroglyphics done by a blind Egyptian.
Oh god. You are going to think me the biggest misery on the planet, but Calendar Girls is yet another movie I ran screaming from as soon as I saw the trailer. For me, it just had URRRRRGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH printed all over it.

Maybe my ambition to go to the movies at least once a month next year is a little TOO ambitious, as I obviously never like anything.
Well, I did notice the lack of hot looking young men in the film, hence this not being the film for you. ;)
I don't expect to be wildly enthuastic about this movie, but it looks entertaining enough and has a terrific cast.

Your card is written too! I got about half of them done last night. I plan on finishing them up tomorrow night and mailing them out Thursday. They should actually arrive before Christmas!
